Houndstooth...On Belmont Street, Aberdeen

This photo was taken on Belmont Street and I really don't know why, but it reminds a scene from an Italian movies from the 90s. Very simple and elegant outfit like for a lady in her age. Big plus for Houndstooth pattern, which comes back every year to W/A collections.

Here some inspirations and ideas how to wear it.
Maybe you have your own ideas? :-)

Skater....On LittleJohn Street, Aberdeen

Skaters are definetly my favourite subculture, which I belonged to when I was
a teenage.I remember wearing loose colourful clothes, riding roller-skates and
spending time on a half-pipe with fellas. We-girls always taught that
skateborading was always more appriopriate for boys. Skateboarding was
probably born sometime in the late 1940s or early 1950s when surfers in California
wanted something to surf when the waves were flat. No one knows who made
the first board; it seems that several people came up with similar ideas at around
the same time. Since time ithe whole skateboarding evaluated completly in different
countries. Fashion for skaters has been always very important and even now it looks
completly different now than 15 years ago. Tight pants, beards and minimalism are
back to skaters's fashion. I wish that my son could become a great skater one day! :-)
